Most orders will be shipped on the next business day after you order is received. Since there is the possibility of a high volume of orders, in those cases most orders will ship within 7 business days. Our packages will ship ground with a tracking number. If you require expedited shipping and insurance, please check the box at the time of placing your order. We ship using UPS or USPS.

Lost or Missing shipments

Any lost or missing shipment must be reported by you to the freight company. Your shipment will have a tracking number in order for you to determine the status of your package. If you have a problem with damage, please retain all shipping materials and take photos of the product and packaging. UPS or USPS will require this for you to file a claim on their website. Concerning returns, please refer to the Warranty Page for details.

Shipping to the lower 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii

Please take note of the restrictions that may be associated with your state with the information provided on the website. It is your responsibility to do so before placing your order.

International Sales

Please contact us for international law enforcement and military sales. Those require additional time to set up and require United States Government approval.
